So Jason Grimsley's house gets raided, he gives up some names, and today he gets released. Sounds like the ...poo is about to hit the fan on this one.

Maybe... but I wouldn't expect the Players' Union to submit to the blood testing policy the league needs to detect GH use. I think they are still a long way away from getting all the juice out of the game.

Still got a way but that isn't something that Congress won't stick their nose in. The Union looked bad already, they may have to sacrifice some to save some face.

i think Grimsley is just the first to be caught with HGH. truth be told, 50% of baseball is probably on it. there's no way to test for it currently. ballplayers will do anything to get an advantage. Grimsley was a heck of pitcher throughout his career. He always had a job and threw pretty hard. i guess now we know why.

You can buy HGH over the counter. I dont see what the fuss is, if its legal over the counter in the US, then why should it be illegal in baseball? I say we take back the Red Sox World Series titles because they took shots of Jack Daniels before the games in the Yankees series, they had an unfair advantage of not knowing they had got drilled the first 3 games. prove me wrong and i'll admit it lifer, but you cannot buy the HGH over the counter. the entire BALCO scandal deals with the chemical production of illegal substances. if it was over the counter, then Congress would not get involved.

according to Jose Canseco in his 'timeless epic of an autobiography' he claims that if you take human growth hormone and steriods at the same time and know how to mix it your life expectancy goes from around 80 to 120. That is why he said at the age of 40 he could still run a 4.4 forty and hit balls 500 feet.

Tha sounds good and all if it wasn't for that thing called a liver and the 5 gallons of water you'd have to drink every 6 hours.
